Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

In some circumstances their may be some delays receiving your item(s) due to some of the following circumstances, high volume of orders, postal service problems.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local delivery

In some circumstances your order may be delivered by us at CC Discount Heating ltd if your location is within our area of coverage.

Deliveries are made from 8:00am to 4:00pm on Monday to Friday by CC Discount Heating ltd, other delivery companies we use may be delivered from 7:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Saturday. We will contact you via email or text using the information provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

In-store pickup

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm on Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ccwarehouse101@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
