To safeguard against rust and enhance thermal efficiency, an antifreeze inhibitor fluid is injected into the towel rail. This proactive measure ensures longevity and optimal performance.
Air Vent and Blank Plug Installation:
The air vent and blank plug are meticulously fitted to the towel rail or radiator, sealing it securely against external elements.
Packaging Reinforcement:
The prepared towel rail or radiator is then carefully placed back into its original packaging.
Additional packaging materials are added to provide extra protection during transit, ensuring that your order reaches you in pristine condition.
Heating Element Inclusion:
The selected heating element, chosen during the purchase, is thoughtfully placed inside the box alongside the towel rail or radiator.
In some cases, accessories and the heating element may be placed on the outside of the box for added convenience.

Local delivery
In some circumstances your order may be delivered by us at CC Discount Heating ltd if your location is within our area of coverage.
Deliveries are made from 8:00am to 4:00pm on Monday to Friday by CC Discount Heating ltd, other delivery companies we use may be delivered from 7:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Saturday. We will contact you via email or text using the information provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm on Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
