We always tell our customers to inspect their product(s) once it has been delivered to check for damage etc, so a claim and a replacement can be arranged as soon as possible. We also recommend to only book a plumber once your item has arrived and been inspected.

All returns are welcome as long as the item(s) have not been used or it became faulty due to a manufacture defect. A replacement or a refund can be arranged.

We aim for a 3 to 5 working day delivery. However If the item you have purchased is in stock we can ship for next day delivery.
